Chicken Makhni Handi

Chicken Makhni Handi is a creamy and savory North Indian dish made with tender chicken cooked in a tomato-based gravy with butter and cream. Ingredient:

·        Oil – Half Cup

·        Onion – 2 Medium Chopped

·        Tomato – 3 Medium Chopped

·        Salt – To Taste

·        Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp Full

·        Turmeric – Half Tsp

·        Green Chillies – 5 – 6

·        Kasuri Methi – 1 Tbsp

·        Tetra Pak Cream – 1 Pack

Method

Add water in a woll, add onions and fry for 5 minutes, then fry for 5 minutes. Then add chicken fry until light brown, add gg paste and mix well. Fry, add spices, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato and cover for 5 mints fry. Then add kasuri methi. Add half cup water more. Cover for 5 minutes. Then add cream mix well and fry until oil sagerates.dish out add green chilli, coriander
