Prepare Omelette:

Method
Prepare Taco Chicken:
In a frying pan, add butter & let it melt. Add olive oil, chicken & mix well until it changes color. Add red chilli powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, chicken powder, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
In the same frying pan, add butter & let it melt. Add onion, capsicum,corn kernels,tomato,fresh jalapenos,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.Add black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander & mix well.Add chilli garlic sauce,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Omelette:
In a bowl, add eggs, water, salt, black pepper crushed, whisk well & set aside. In a frying pan, add butter & let it melt. Add whisked eggs, spread evenly & cook on low flame for a minute .On one side of the omelette, add grated cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese, prepared vegetable, prepared taco chicken, black olives, fresh coriander, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese & flip the other side of egg, cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).Drizzle sour cream, salsa, fresh coriander & serve!
